How long does it take?
About 7 working days. The clock starts once we have your form, logo and photos.
Do I have to write anything?
No. You answer a short form in your own words. We turn it into clear, friendly words for your site. You check them before we go live.
What if I don't have a logo or brand colours?
That's fine. Tell us a colour you like and we'll make it work. We can use your business name in a clean style.
How does the 12-month plan work?
Your plan runs for 12 months. After that it goes month to month, and you can cancel with 20 working days' notice. If you leave in the first 12 months, there is a once-off R1,500 fee to cover the build. That's the setup fee we waived.
Is the domain mine?
Yes. We register it in your business name and look after it while you're with us. If you leave after your 12 months, you take your domain with you.
Can I sell products or take bookings?
Not on a Mini Website. It's built to get you online fast with a strong, professional page. If you need a shop or bookings, ask us about a bigger build.
What happens after my round of changes?
Your site goes live. Tech problems are covered by your care plan. Bigger changes or new sections later can be quoted on their own.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices exclude VAT. You get a proper tax invoice every time you pay.
